REFUND POLICY

TL;DR
We offer refunds ONLY if the software does not work on your machine AND our support team fails to fix it. We do NOT offer refunds for bans or 'changing your mind'.
01Eligibility for Refund
- You must contact support within 48 hours of purchase.
- The issue must be technical (e.g., software failing to inject, crashing).
- You must have allowed our support team to attempt a fix via TeamViewer or detailed guides.
- Your Windows version must be compatible with our listed requirements.
02Non-Refundable Scenarios
- You were banned in-game. (We do not guarantee 100% undetectability forever).
- You decided you don't like the features.
- You bought the wrong cheat by mistake and activated the key.
- Your PC does not meet the minimum requirements listed on the product page.
03Chargebacks
Any attempt to chargeback or dispute a payment via PayPal/Stripe without contacting us first will result in an immediate and permanent ban from Gravity X. This ban will extend to your HWID and IP, preventing you from using any of our future products.
