01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gravity X software ('the Product'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, download, or use our software.
02License Grant
Gravity X grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes solely in accordance with this Agreement. You may not share your license key. Attempting to run the software on multiple machines simultaneously will result in an automatic HWID ban.
03Risks and Bans
While we strive for undetected status, the use of third-party automation tools in online games always carries a risk of account suspension. Gravity X is not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or loss of digital assets that may occur. You use this software entirely at your own risk.
04Reverse Engineering
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Product. Any attempt to analyze the network traffic, memory signatures, or driver behavior of Gravity X will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
05Refund Policy
Our refund policy is strictly limited due to the digital nature of the product. Please refer to our Refer Policy for detailed terms. Generally, refunds are only issued if the software fails to initialize on your compatible machine after support has attempted to resolve the issue.
